I’m Grace, and my work is dedicated to the intersection of tactile art and deep nervous system restoration. For 14 years, I served as a youth worker and trauma case coordinator, specialising in trauma-informed care and somatic healing frameworks. Through supporting others and navigating my own lived journey through trauma, I learned that true healing cannot just be thought about; it must be felt. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor me, that vital connection between the brain and the body was found at the pottery wheel and through sculpture. Ceramics became my ultimate somatic practice, a way to ground a dysregulated nervous system and mould a new path forward.
